Uncharted Territory Mental Health Services is a standard mental health center that is actively involved in providing mental health services to include talk therapy, mental health assessments, and medication management by a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. We also will be doing IV hydration/therapy along with drug screenings.

Our Mental Health Services methods meet the needs of our clients and facilitate positive change through purpose, focus, and direction.
Therapy/Medication Management
At UTMH, we understand that anyone can develop an emotional or mental illness — you, a family member, a friend, or a neighbor. The impact can range from mild to serious and temporary to long-lasting. Therefore, the nature of psychiatric services treatment is such that, not all patients require medication. A practical evaluation will determine the most suitable option and ensure it is aligned with your goals.
Alternative Therapies
UTMH utilizes a combination of psychiatric medication management and alternative therapy with a focus to address stressful issues to accentuate personal values through psychological flexibility. These initiatives work together to ensure wellness by identifying challenges and developing the solutions necessary to suppress, manage, and control emotional processes.
We have partnered with Wellness With Dr. Austin Counseling group to deliver high-quality therapy. At Uncharted Territory we can provide psychotherapy – many people call this “talk therapy”, we can provide guidance, insight, along with coping techniques to work through your issues. However we do recommend stabling a relationship with a therapist, Dr. Austin’s Counseling group brings a variety of experiences that aligns with our values. We also promote and use therapeutic communication, motivational interviewing, and discussion. We believe in a whole health approach. We provide education on diagnosis, medications, and treatment options.
